Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in curating and delivering our products.
In the rare case that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, or a product that is different from what you ordered, please email us at online@mangroove.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email should include clear details of the issue along with photos of the product and the defect.
Your order will be eligible for return only if:
- You received the wrong product, meaning it does not match your order confirmation.
- The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
- There is a clear colour or fabric mismatch.
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details. After the product is returned, our Quality Check team will inspect it. If the issue is confirmed, our customer service team will contact you with the next steps. The returned product must reach us within 10 days from the date our Customer Service team approves the return.
Please make sure the product is unused, unworn, and has all original tags intact.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
